squating is bad, you want the car to lift.

If he lifted the rear, I think he would have issues.

plants the tires harder when the ass end lifts.

              Um, ok...

I do agree that too much ass saggin is not good, but I dont know about lifting the rear "UP" while launching. Might as well just run a straight piece of metal for a rear shock if you want zero squat.

this statement is obvious if you think you want your car to squat, its not that you want the car to lift, it is pushing the rearend down, planting the tires, that is what is lifting the car

I had pretty much had no time in adjusting my setup because I knew I was soon going by-by since they were on to my 'no bar gig'. By the looks of it I thought it wasn't leaving just too bad but I really think I was still spinning the tires off the line?! So you think I was squating too much?? I would think if I stiffend the back up it I really would have had traction issues? Traver

I'm just a street racer at heart and always have been. Tracks never been my thing and still really isn't. Couple times a year is fun but now I have the bar issue. Oh well, pay to play I guess?! Traver
