How fast a car (quarter mile E.T.) would you be willing to drive at the track? On the street? I've been told by a few who have done it, that by the time you're in the 5's, it physically hurts bad enough that your brain has to be acclimated by forced repetition. Personally, 9's is my fastest ride so far, but I'm up for about pro-stock level (high 6's).
) doesn't mean I want to try heroin. Thus, the question still stands, where's the line? Pro stock? Top alcohol? Top fuel? Or my personal favorite, peroxide rocket cars from the 70's. I believe cars like the pollution packer were running high 3 second quarters @ 420+ mph back then - That enough?
