Why were there so many people allowed right there around the car and the rollers any way

The guy standing right in front of the car filming as it is run up in speed, what if the car were to come loose??? #hit happens, "safety first"

I'm all for enjoying a Dyno session, Engine or Chassis, but you shouldn't be right next to or in front of the machinery being tested..
