They are known for this, I used to live in st.louie and did work at the chrysler plant,if they had anything that came out that was not sellable, it was lined up and crushed with a dozer and loaded in gondolas and hauled to to the scrap yard, saw them do 30 mini vans one day,all because they were trying new paints that didnt work,and these were completed vans ready to roll. One of the guys said they didnt want the liability or warranty issues if sold,what a waste.
