Just Getting Started on the Trans Upgrade

First getting the old 4L60E out of the bird. Needs a few new hard parts but i think i can peice this thing back together enough to last a season? Any thoughts or ideas guys??

I have all the peices i think so i was thinking of taking it over to Tork to have him weld it up!? I'm not sure if he's that good though...............

All drums are intact... Chunk of intermediate pressure plate gone... LOL who knows.. :rlol:

So now we know that a 4l60e doesn't stand up to well to a sledge hammer. Keep a note of that.

Going to head up to my uncle next week who is my trans builder and put my 4L60E together. I plan on taking video of some of the build as he wants to show me how the thing goes together and works. Some of the secret parts won't be shown though as i want to keep the edge on the competition!

Well i never got a chance to watch the trans go together. Just too busy at work and in the shop. Just a little update for ya.........
