I've been running a good set of Hoosier slicks for 3 years now!??

if there the same slicks for 3 years I doubt they are good anymore, and a cage would help you, you need to stiffen that thing up

a set of 3 year old slicks are not fine, most people throw them away and replace every spring, but most people dont have slicks that last more than half a season, I go through two sets of quick time pro's a year.

So school me on whats wrong with them? There is plenty of rubber left on them by looking at the holes in them.........

by a set of new ones and compare, they would be just fine on a 12 second car, I have never had any luck with old slicks, they get hard, also how much air were you running

Oh ya, 12 psi is where i've had my best luck so far depending on the track. Where's a good place to order them from, Jegs??

I had to run my mickeys at 18 psi or they would wrinkle so much they would fold
